Instead of doing a slow, traditional IPO, Fortitude was using a reverse-merger style structure to take over HeartSciences’ existing Nasdaq listing.
Once the transaction closes (expected in H2 2026), the combined company will completely rebrand as Fortitude and change its ticker symbol from HSCS to “TUDE”. Fortitude’s current management team will take full operational control.
